Main Release
For 2026, the planned schedule of main releases for the Easy Suite – SpinifexIT products is shown below and includes:

In 2026, SpinifexIT will release 2 major versions: 2026.R1 and 2026.R2.
One major release contains new functionalities, enhancements of existing functionalities, and corrections (issues fixes).
Solutions Releases go through a Pilot testing phase with selected customers prior to Final release.
If you wish to participate in our Pilot Release program, please inform your Customer Care Team or your Account Manager.
Each main release will be followed by at least 5 patches (Patch 6 being optional) corresponding to the ongoing support of that release/version: these patches will contain mainly corrections and may also include small enhancements and performance improvements.
Patches
Release Patches are planned after the Final release on an approx. monthly basis until the next release. These normally include software corrections/fixes mainly and for Easy Suite-On Premises Solutions.
If patches are deemed to be released, naming will be as follows : 2026.Rn.Px : ex : 2026.R1.P1 for Patch 1 of 2026.R1

End of Life Cycle
Release versions are officially supported over a span of 15 months upon the first release date to allow customers to upgrade in the good conditions once a year.
Active Release versions are supported through patches as per plan and Emergency fixes when the conditions are met.
After the end of life of a Release, normal support is still granted. However, should code changes be necessary, customers will need to upgrade to an officially supported Release to apply the identified code changes.
SpinifexIT recommendations :
- Plan at least a Release upgrade once a year to get the most of the new functionalities, features and performance enhancements
- Upgrade to the Main release delivery or to one of the early patches following the main delivery

What happens if I have not upgraded and my product is out of support?
If the product you are using is out of the support period, this does not mean it will cease to work. You will still be able to use the solution, however, if there are any issues encountered, we will no longer be providing Patches or Bug Fixes. The Customer Care team will also still provide answers and recommendations to tickets and questions raised.
