Note:
The Pilot version for 2026.R2 is planned for delivery on September 2, 2026 to selected key partners and pilot customers. The Final version is scheduled for release on October 16, 2026.

All key changes for this version are summarized below. Some enhancements are individually documented in the Help Center for further details.
Starting with this release, several product updates are introduced, including the transition of Easy Help Desk to Easy PayInsights, the launch of Easy PayInsights (Web UI) with new features and an improved user experience, and the availability of a new Easy Payroll Control Center (Easy PCC) version aligned with SAP Managed Payroll Application (MPA). Easy Dashboards is also officially released, expanding the suite’s reporting and visualization capabilities.

- Japan (JP): Added Text Line reporting support for 0146 – Y.E.A Data, 3203 – Leaving Infotype, and 3204 – Retirement Allowance.
- Switzerland (CH): Added reporting support for temporary employment earnings information in 3394 – Interim Statement of Earnings.
- Italy (IT): Updated 0156 – Tax Deduction with new statutory tax deduction fields and translations required for January 2026 legislative changes.
- United States (US): Added 3430 – Additional Payments Supplement as a secondary infotype to 0015 – Additional Payments to support Reference Period for Payment reporting.
Expanded Configuration Table Reporting
General
- Included additional fields from Pay Scale Areas (T510G) table to access and extract Pay Scale Area information from the system, which can then be uploaded to Success Factors.
- Added reporting support for Personnel Work Schedule tables, providing access to planned work schedules, working hours, public holiday classifications, day types, and related work plan information.
Australia (AU)

Added support for the following Direct Configuration Tables to enable reporting on stored superannuation configuration data without employee assignments.

Germany (DE)
- Additional German payroll reporting tables have been added under Payroll Results > Subsequent Activities > Germany, including support for ELStAM and LStA payroll reporting. (A separate transport is available on demand for these enhancements.)
Activation Tool
- A new View Response button empowers administrators to troubleshoot failed activation updates by viewing formatted server responses directly in the tool
- Administrators can now restrict license expiration warning messages to specific user roles, ensuring non-administrative users are not confused by alerts
Automation Testing Tool
- Automation Testing comparisons now include column header validation, allowing users to identify differences in field names and column descriptions between report versions.

Easy Reporter for SuccessFactors
Configuration and Pre-Delivered Settings
- New Filters to Display submenu option for SuccessFactors fields and folders, allowing users to display only relevant OData sources or hide hidden fields and folders.
- Configurable pre-delivered folder ordering for SAP Direct SuccessFactors fields, providing a more consistent and logical navigation structure.
- Enhanced pre-delivered navigation descriptions with clearer, business-friendly folder names and description overrides to simplify field identification.
Table Maintenance and Management
- Added a centralized Maintenance View for Table for Mapping Entity Description Fields, for SuccessFactors mapping data, simplifying the administration of mapping entries.
- Availability of a dedicated maintenance view to enable users to manage and update SuccessFactors integration descriptions without requiring technical intervention.
Reporting Capability and Performance Improvements
- TimeAccountDetail reporting now retrieves only records within the selected reporting period, improving performance and returning more relevant results.
- Improved Date-Based Reporting Fallback Logic - Enhanced the Read data based on date column on the report option processing by automatically using parent entity date fields when the selected entity does not contain valid date information, improving reporting accuracy.
Report Analysis and Administration
- New custom function field, Lookup Report Field Type, that identifies the field types and fields used within a report, making report analysis and maintenance more efficient.
System, Security, and Deployment
- Updated deployment configurations to support SuccessFactors integrations across additional regions.

File Download & Output Management
- Performance Improvement for File Downloads - The file download logic in the Output Info tab has been redesigned to improve speed and consistency. The system now stores and reuses files from the initial execution rather than regenerating them multiple times, ensuring faster downloads and data alignment.
- Output to Email files are now automatically sent via email and reliably displayed in the Output Info tab, reusing generated files to reduce redundant processing
- Introduced a Multi Attachment ZIP File output format. Users can now select multiple reports and bundle their specific output files into a single compressed ZIP archive to streamline data delivery across channels like PC File, FTP Server, and CPI
General Items
- Redesign of the application initialization loading screen and introduced activation warning dialogs to notify users about pre-delivered menus and products with limited activation during report or document creation.
Report Execution & Troubleshooting Tools
- Added new in-app debug settings, allowing functional users to troubleshoot high runtimes and and application errors, such as: Users can toggle Runtime Tracking and set Stop ER Processing points during foreground or background executions
- Redesigned the loading screen to include a progress indicator, giving users clear visibility into the specific number of employees currently being processed
- Added the ability for users to manually stop a report execution that is running for too long in the foreground
Interface, Formatting, and Usability Enhancements
- New Employee Selection dialog, allowing users to easily search for and select employees when running reports
- To reduce visual complexity, the grouping bar is now hidden by default. A new toolbar button allows users to toggle the view when needed
- Table Result Color Formatting - Added support for cell background and text color formatting in web report results, pulling from the colors configured in the original report
- Graph Tab - Implemented the graph tab and graph settings interface within Easy Reporter Web
- Implemented menu options and a pop-up dialog that allows users to seamlessly select and compare or edit previous versions of reports and documents
Menus, Variants, and Selection Tools
- Implemented a comprehensive Menu Reorder feature with enhanced mobile responsiveness and consistent undo/redo behavior.
- The system now fully supports background variants. Users can create, modify, delete, and easily toggle between foreground and background variants within the application
- Layout variants can also be saved, managed, and applied directly within report results, allowing users to set global or specific default layouts controlling column visibility, sorting, and filtering
Easy Reporter Dashboards
- Addition of the New Hires (Last 6 Months) widget to the MSS Team Demographics dashboard to provide visibility into recent employee additions.
- Introduction of dashboard locking to prevent conflicting updates when multiple users attempt to edit the same dashboard simultaneously. Users are notified when a dashboard is locked by another user and can edit once the lock is released.

SAP S/4HANA Manage Payroll Activities Integration
- Manage Activities PCC Integration - Introduced a new Easy Payroll Control Center (E-PCC) version aligned with SAP’s new activity-based Payroll Control Center framework, enabling seamless rendering of configured Payroll Error Solutions, Generic Overviews, and Report Lists within the Manage Payroll Activities application without reconfiguration.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Integration for Manage Payroll Activities - Payroll validation alerts now provide direct access to related reports and report lists within the Manage Payroll Activities application, enabling faster root cause analysis without leaving the current workflow.
- Easy Reporter report execution is now embedded within Manage Payroll Activities, providing an Executed Reports view with step execution details and live report results in a single interface.
Payroll Error Resolution Enhancements
- PCC payroll alerts now provide direct navigation to the relevant employee and infotype in Easy PayInsights, accelerating payroll error investigation and resolution. Administrators can also configure the launch interface.
Administration and Usability Improvements
- Simplified PCC SQL Optimization Authorization - PCC SQL Optimization access is now managed through Easy Reporter User Roles, reducing authorization setup and simplifying administration.
- The report navigation menu now automatically collapses after a report is selected, maximizing workspace for report viewing.

With the 2026.R2 release, SpinifexIT AI capabilities are unified under the new standard name, SpinifexAI.
References previously known as Easy Suite AI and SpinifexIT Copilot have been updated across products, providing a consistent naming experience for AI-powered features and functionality.
- Enabled new AI capabilities in Easy PayInsights through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration, delivering intelligent insights and enhanced user interactions powered by AI technologies.
- AI Schema Analysis Integration with Easy Migration - A new functionality lets users compare schemas using AI within Easy Migration, outputting differences, statistics, and recommendations into a dashboard.

- Widget-Specific Date Controls - Users can apply separate date ranges for individual dashboard widgets, displaying different time periods simultaneously without altering the dashboard’s global date selection.
- Interactive Chart Filters - Added support for multi-selection, toggling, drill-down actions, and a Dashboard Filter Panel to give users granular control over data.
- MSS Dashboards - New Payroll and Leaves dashboards provide managers with dedicated views for tracking payroll reporting and employee absences.
- Dashboard Locking - Implemented a lock that prevents two users from editing the same dashboard simultaneously to avoid conflicting changes.

Starting 2026.R2 release, Easy Help Desk becomes Easy PayInsights.
With this release, Easy PayInsights (Web UI) is introduced, extending the Easy PayInsights experience through a modern, browser-based interface. It leverages existing Easy PayInsights configurations and content, providing a familiar user experience while enabling easier access through a streamlined web interface. Support for Manager and Employee views has also been added alongside the existing Payroll Support view, enabling role-specific interfaces for different user types. The Web UI also introduces the ability to process up to five employees simultaneously, helping streamline payroll support activities and employee reviews.
Easy PayInsights
- Updated the Australian Detailed Pay Explanation report (ESS) to correctly display all payment categories and groupings, providing a clearer and more consistent pay breakdown.
- Enhanced role-based access controls to display only the relevant menus and security settings based on the active role type (Admin, ESS, MSS, Easy PCC, or Easy Validate).
*The above enhancements are also available in the Easy PayInsights (Web UI).
Easy PayInsights (Web UI)
Reporting and Analytics
- Multiple Payroll Periods Selection - Users can generate reports for multiple payroll periods simultaneously. This includes checkbox selections, a new In Period column, and a loading indicator.
- Table or Graphical Display - Added functionality allowing users to choose the initial display mode of a report (table or chart) and easily toggle between these views.
- Pay to Pay Comparison Report Update - A For Period field has been added to the sorting criteria for both standard and Advanced reports, ensuring retroactive pay entries are clearly organized by their specific periods.
- Test Run and Archived Data Results are displayed in the interface, providing visibility into both Test Run results and archived payroll results.
- Exception Report Configuration - Configuration tables were updated to properly categorize and enable exception reports across different views, such as Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Pay Support, primarily for the USA and Australia.
- Clear All Reports & Employee Selection Dialog - Added Close All and Close All by Employee options, alongside a dialog to specify which employees' reports should be cleared, providing better clarity when multiple employees are selected.
User Interface (UI) and Navigation
- New pre-delivered menus for Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) tailored initially for Australia and the USA. This includes a new Employee Date Specifications report for managers.
- Users can rearrange the order of report tabs via drag-and-drop on both web and mobile interfaces. The reordered tabs apply to the current session only.
Dashboards and Tool Integrations
- New Data Type: Dashboard - Existing dashboards can be viewed and run directly within the web interface. Dashboards automatically filter based on user licenses and views, and dynamically adapt to the currently selected employees and pay periods.
- Clone Employee, allows users to trigger the Easy Clone process for the specific employee they are currently investigating without having to leave the investigation view.
Security and Access Control
- Role-Based Security Options - New security settings allow administrators to hide specific technical information, such as exception messages and the Infotype Settings tab, based on the assigned user role.
- Easy PayInsights supports access control separated by Administrator, Manager, and Employee views. Each view can be configured with its own User Group Security settings, which the system dynamically applies.
System and Backend Operations
- Configurable Manager Reporting Hierarchy - The manager reporting hierarchy is flexibly driven by Easy Reporter's General System Settings.

Security and Access Control
- Introduced a security option that allows users to lock their variants, ensuring only the creator can edit or overwrite them, though other users can still load and use them.
- Removed the role-based control for the Data Period tab, making it visible and available to all users by default
Data Copy, Configuration and Scrambling
- Added new user exits, Cascade random value using Fixed Input and Cascade random value using Reference field to ensure that when sensitive address data is scrambled (like a region), related fields (like city or postal code) are generated with valid, consistent values to pass system validation checks.
- Updated scrambling settings to offer three flexibility options, Off, On and Custom, allowing the target system to generate a value based on scrambling rules even if the source field is empty.
- Flexible logical system scrambling configuration through a new Replace with Logical System option, allowing supported LOGSYS fields to be included or excluded from scrambling based on cloning requirements.
- Improved Easy Clone's ability to detect character storage incompatibilities between source and target systems (e.g., Unicode vs. non-Unicode) to automatically determine when to force character conversion during a data copy.
- Enabled the Consolidate directory checkbox when copying All History, which now automatically activates if code page differences are detected or forced
- Added EmployeeTime entity group settings to automatically reopen affected time accounts during cloning and restore their original closed status upon completion.
Interface and Usability Enhancements
- New Default Settings menu item and configuration screen to directly view and update default settings in a user-friendly manner without needing to use another access.
- Moved the Delete button for scramble sets from its previous location to prevent users from accidentally deleting an entire set when they only intend to delete a single row.
Improved Audit and Traceability
- Expanded the Audit Log screen to include more summary information, such as record counts, totals by result (OK/ERROR/WARNING), elapsed time, variants used, and time spent waiting for RFC connections. Updates to log tables also show how long each request or table took to process.
New Tables and Data Clusters
Expanded Data Copying Capabilities (Germany (DE) & Travel Management) (Add-on Transport Required)
- Expanded support for copying employee travel data, which now includes items like recurring travel destinations, travel document assignments, and archived trip histories.
- Added the ability to copy German ZMV reporting data, ensuring that employee-specific reporting histories, deductions, and related records can be successfully transferred to the new system.
- Additional German data support by including several more German-specific data components to ensure the system is equipped to support future projects.
Great Britain (UK) Payroll Tables
- Updated the standard copy solution to include key UK payroll and communication tables. This allows users to seamlessly migrate pay results and submission history together for prior-year tax adjustments.
SuccessFactors Integration
Integration Check Improvements
- A new Compare Background option enables full integration checks to run in the background without screen timeouts. The log screen now includes a Status column (In Progress, Finished, or blank) to track execution progress, and the existing “Compare” option has been renamed to Compare Foreground.
- The new Property Combination tab under Metadata identifies unsupported property combinations and incompatible field settings, such as navigation fields linked to non-mandatory business keys. This helps users review and resolve issues before starting the data copy process.
- System Compatibility Evaluation - To improve visibility into system compatibility, integration checks now evaluate and report discrepancies between the source system's background processes and the target system's interactive processes.
- Production Environment Verification - Integration checks now include an evaluation step to verify if the target environments are officially designated as production systems.
- The Source and Target dropdowns in the Integration Center screen will now display all available RFCs for the relevant system, regardless of the push or pull selection on Copy Type tab.
Data Copy and Cloning Enhancements
- The system introduces automated logic to temporarily open/closed time accounts while related time entries are being copied, and automatically close them once the transfer is complete.
- A new Read-only option has been added to the Entity Group settings screen. Users can now clone specific, standalone custom data entries independently, providing the flexibility to migrate custom records without needing to copy standard core data.
- Temporary work schedules are now standardized and included as part of the employee record copy process to maintain data accuracy.
- The copying process for time data in Employee Central has been optimized to improve overall speed and efficiency.
Configuration, Interface, and Security Settings
- Control over user access to manage SuccessFactors settings is now available through the new Ability to manage SuccessFactors settings security option under Administration section of the Define User Roles screen.
- Users can now view and adjust the minimum token expiry time (with a newly established default value of 3600 seconds) in a dedicated screen within Easy Clone.
- Select All and Deselect All options have been added for Entity Group and Scramble Set checkbox lists to make bulk selections faster and easier.
Auditing and Troubleshooting
- Enhanced Audit Logs for Clone Runs - Recording of the specific variant, entity group, and scramble set applied during each individual clone run in the Audit Log to improve troubleshooting.

Table Additions and Data Coverage
- Additional address-related tables are now included under the Payroll/Finance copy type as a non-country-specific option, enabling automatic grouping of related tables with the same key for more consistent data migration.
- Inclusion of missing SpinifexIT tables used by Easy Reporter and Employee Central in Easy Migration to ensure complete data coverage during migration activities.
Data Export and Preview Management
- A new Download option has been introduced that allows users to specify a storage directory and download all preview information at once into a single local file for easier data validation.
- Users can now create multiple spreadsheets directly from the output of a copy or preview. By selecting Download to Excel, the system generates and exports an individual spreadsheet for each table, providing a more organized and summarized view for data management.
Object Migration
- In addition to standard configuration migration, Easy Migration now supports identification of customer-developed custom ABAP/Workbench objects through the Transport Utilities option. Users can view development package objects hierarchically and select specific items for transport requests, including bulk selection and deselection capabilities.

System Execution & Settings
- File Import and RFC Settings Alignment - Improved consistency between file import options and RFC settings across Easy Validate scenarios, with enhanced execution data fields, data structure with existing report compatibility, and a simplified employee number mapping interface.
- Unique Environment Identifiers - Enhanced scenario group identification with environment-specific unique IDs to support safer configuration transports and prevent setup conflicts across systems.
Reporting & Analytics
- Added Employee Number reporting fields and lookup capabilities to enable expanded employee details, including name, age, hire date, and Personnel Area grouping, with consistent storage of mismatch records for reporting.
- Mismatch records are now consistently saved in the detailed table for every Easy Validate run, even if the record was not manually changed by the user.
- Simplified reason code selection in statistical reports by enabling direct inclusion or exclusion through column selection options.
- The Validate-1B-Trend - Different Rpts widget in the Validate Trend Detail dashboard is now displayed in a Stacked Column Chart for a clearer visualization of Easy Validate comparison status trends.
System Usability
- Enhanced Menu and Report properties with additional configuration options when accessing Easy Validate through Easy Reporter.

Templates and Infotype Scenarios
- Added new, generic Initial Data Load Templates categorized specifically for migrations spanning both Non-SAP to EC/ECP and SAP to EC/ECP projects.
- Updated the Grouping Value for Personnel Assignments (GRPVL) field default value to Country Grouping across pre-delivered scenarios to ensure accuracy and consistency.
System Safety and Connectivity
- The update tool now checks the "production system" flag before processing, utilizing updated notifications and password verifications to prevent unintended updates to live environments.
- Metadata generation functionality has been enhanced to work directly with Easy Update SuccessFactors connections (this previously only functioned with Easy Clone connections).
- Users can generate metadata by simply selecting a SuccessFactors destination using the Target System dropdown under the Update Options tab.
User Interface and Navigation Improvements
- Saving Mechanism and Sub-Entity Visibility - Users can manage and view sub-items directly from the main setup screen using a new Include Entity functionality, removing the need for extra navigation.
