This year's first version, 2026.R1, introduces a range of exciting new features and enhancements as SpinifexIT continues to evolve its solutions.
Note:
The Pilot version for 2026.R1 is planned for delivery on March 20, 2026 to selected key partners and pilot customers. The Final version is scheduled for release on May 11, 2026.

Redesigned Alternative Dates screen
- Integrated directly into the Report Data Period tab, reducing extra clicks
- Users can easily switch between Payroll Period, Period, and Alternative Dates using dedicated buttons
- Active selections are displayed instantly, improving clarity and efficiency when setting report periods
- Action Group option added to simplify grouping, selection, and reporting of Actions including hires and terminations, without manually editing the report configuration
- Introduction of Operation/Activity Number field to show Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) entries for easier employee time record analysis
- MSS - Team Demographics now delivered as a Manager Self Service (MSS) -type dashboard to better support manager needs
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Functionality, Interface and Usability Enhancements

Activation Tool
- Security Certificate Warning notifies users in the Activation tool and related products when their certificate is nearing expiration, helping prevent unexpected disruptions
Automation Testing Tool
- Automation Testing now uses the job split from report variants to manage job execution, similar to Bulk Execution

Easy Reporter Web
Performance Enhancements for Large Data Processing
- Print Result performance update for generating and printing PDFs from large data sets without timeouts and aligning performance with Download to Excel
- Ability to download Excel files from large data sets (30,000+ rows) more efficiently reducing timeouts and increasing reliability for both background and foreground executions
Easy Reporter Web (new UI)
A new pilot version of Easy Reporter Web is now available. This pilot release allows users to explore new capabilities and provide feedback ahead of the general release.

SAP to SuccessFactors Field Conversion
- Report Field Replace Program – Safely convert SAP fields to SuccessFactors fields for easier report updates and pre-research
- Automatic Field Conversion – Updates outdated SAP fields during upgrades to ensure reports remain accurate
- Ability to select specific Time Account Types allows selecting only required types for Employee Balances, limits queries for faster report performance, and introduces a new Column Selection screen for Time Account Types
- New validation to prevent duplicate or incorrect fields in occupied menus ensures more accurate and reliable data generation

Extended reporting support for picklist-based SuccessFactors Direct SF Fields (MASTERODNT type) from the JobRequisition entity, including the following fields:

- PicklistOption folder names now include the entity name in parentheses for easier identification in OData configuration screens and report creation/editing

- Availability of SuccessFactors Server URL connection option removes the requirement for a mandatory RFC destination
Easy Reporter Dashboards
- Ability to add predefined actions in the Hires and Terminations (6 months) report in Easy Dashboard, part of implementing Predefined Action Groups for Hire and Termination to simplify reporting and tracking
- New dashboard locking mechanism applies to all dashboards in Easy Reporter Web, including Easy Validate, to prevent simultaneous edits and avoid saving errors or data loss

- Data copy performance enhancement for improving memory handling and splitting large Non-Unicode to Unicode copies into smaller batches to increase speed and reliability
Security and Access Control
- Enhanced security with role-based controls for Copy Type, Copy Options and Data to Copy tabs, offering granular control over setting groups to prevent unauthorized access and improve compliance
Data Copy and Configuration
- New user exit scramble rule in Easy Clone that enables precise field updates in complex scenarios with two or more related fields
- Table copy enhancement for replicating all configuration including country-specific and custom tables to ensure complete data transfer
SuccessFactors Integration
Employee Data and Cloning Enhancements
- New employee number mapping options in the Copy Options tab for more accurate handling of employee IDs during cloning. Options include No mapping, From Database table, and Direct mapping, with settings that can be saved, reused, or applied with fallback rules.
- New performance improvement that accelerates cloning by bypassing National ID retrieval during copying for faster cloning of large employee populations
- Improved performance copying time data between systems in Employee Central is now faster for more efficient data processing
- Reduction in server requests during the cloning process for Employee Central results in faster cloning and improved system reliability
System Maintenance and Efficiency
- Optimized memory usage for more efficient handling of large data volumes
- New Perform Metadata Refresh (Background) During Clean Up option that automatically refreshes metadata during daily clean-up, keeping data current without manual steps
- Addition of Custom OAuth application type and Manage OAuth Applications screen provides a flexible and future-proof way to configure corporate single sign-on for connecting to SuccessFactors
Improved Audit and Traceability
- Enhanced Audit Logs now include employee key mapping via replication tables for easier validation and tracing of replicated data
- Implementation of audit logs in Integration Check automatically records and stores all past runs allowing users to view download and upload results for improved traceability visibility and sharing across systems

Enhanced Data Preview and Management
- New Combine Table List option allows users to merge multiple entries of the same table into a single entry in the Preview for Table List format, displaying total records for each table and making the list easier to read
- Updated Include/Exclude All buttons on the Client Builder preview screen now apply only to the filtered records for more precise data management
- Confirmation popup for Preview Copy now appears in Client Builder to prevent accidental executions
- New Display Application Component option in Preview Table allows users to show the table source in Client Builder for better data analysis and management

Entity Configuration and Management

Ability to configure, copy, delete, and transport related sub-entities alongside main entities:
- A new Additional Entities section appears on the configuration screen for main entities that have related entities
- Available quick-access edit icons and visual indicators

Data Integrity and Field Enhancements
- Conversion of custom lookup functions to standard delivered functions enables users to retrieve business unit, department, division, and legal entity details for more consistent and easier-to-maintain data
- Availability of Country Grouping in the Generic Fields selection improves accuracy when updating infotype data while saving time and reducing manual effort
SuccessFactors System Connection
- Ability to select a SuccessFactors system from a new dropdown directly from the Easy Update Options tab, ensuring updates are sent to the correct connection, whether RFC or URL
Direct Update of SuccessFactors Organizational Structures
