Since January 2026, SpinifexIT’s Help Center and Community pages have been enhanced with a native Artificial Intelligence (AI) search assistant designed to help users find answers faster and more intuitively.
Overview
The AI search assistant is automatically triggered whenever you perform a search in the Help Center and/or Community page. It provides:
- A tentative AI‑generated answer displayed at the top of the results.
- Related articles or community posts used as sources for that answer.
This allows users to quickly understand the topic while still having direct access to the original content for deeper exploration.
What is it?
The AI search assistant enables end users to search in a more natural way and receive accurate, context‑aware results.
Instead of scanning multiple articles, users can:
- Ask questions in plain language.
- Instantly view an AI‑generated response based on existing Help Center content.
- Open the referenced articles directly for more detailed information.
All generated answers are derived from the primary search results, ensuring transparency and traceability to the source content.
How to Use the AI Search Assistant
Follow the steps below to get the best results from the AI search assistant:
- Locate the search box on the Home page of the Help Center.
Type your question directly into the Search
box.
For example, "How many level of mapping can I use in report's fields?"Note: Results are more relevant when you ask a full question or use a complete sentence.- Click Enter to run the search.
Once the search is executed, The AI‑generated answer appears at the top of the results page. A list of related articles and/or community posts is displayed below.
Note: The Help center articles contains information relating to all current supported releases, therefore any information might require a verification if it fully applies to your current products' release version.
Additional feedback
Users can submit a rating through the Thumbs options if the answer does not seem relevant or appears incorrect.
SpinifexIT will assess and improve the quality of answers produced by generated search.
- Click the Thumbs-up
icon to indicate the answer was helpful.
- Click the Thumbs-down
icon to indicate the answer was not helpful.
If selecting thumbs‑down, choose the reason that best matches your experience. Type any additional feedback you may have, then click Submit feedback.
