Browsers Compatibility

Here are the versions compatible per browser brand and type of access :

• Google Chrome: latest two versions
  Mozilla Firefox:  latest two versions
  Apple Safari:  latest two versions
• Microsoft Edge 

For end-user pages only, these browsers are supported on mobile:

• iOS 9 and higher
• Chrome Mobile for Android: latest version

Mobile Browser

You can by simply open your usual Web browser and type in the usual URL : spinifexit.zendesk.com. This will automatically detect you are on a mobile device and therefore the content is adapted accordingly. You can access most of the functionality including ticket filing and checking/updating of existing tickets, all articles, and search function.
