Other Updates
The following fixes were deployed in Strato's 1.23.800 Version:
Error When Saving New Users [ZD 24743]
To ensure a smoother user addition process in User Management, we’ve added a validation that properly handles missing group properties and accurately sets email parameters. This fix resolves a previous issue wherein saving new users with configured user groups triggered an error due to unmapped properties.
For a more streamlined workflow execution, a new validation that ensures unchanged parameters do not generate additional records has been integrated into the workflow completion process. This fix was implemented in response to a workflow performance issue wherein multiple stored attachments triggered excessive records and database queries.
Email Template Rejects Edit Changes [ZD 25040]
A more structured and user-friendly Custom Entity list was created for easier management and navigation of custom entities in Field Settings. Previously, the listing of custom entities was confusing due to the lack of order and inconsistent display of results in the popup list. To address this, entities are now displayed in an organized manner, with 10 results shown at a time and ordered alphabetically.
To ensure accurate and complete information display in Storage management, unnecessary checks that were causing conflicts in the data retrieval process have been removed so the system always references the correct data source for the employee list. This addresses an issue where incorrect data was being displayed due to the system pulling data from an outdated source.y.
